Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100g mozzarella
- 150g chicken breast
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2 slices of loin bacon
- 100g avocado flesh
- 60g spinach
Instructions
Season chicken with spices, wrap in bacon, roast 35 mins.
Rest.
Mix eggs, mozzarella, cook as chaffle.
Assemble with spinach, chicken, bacon, avocado.
