Ingredients
- 50g chia seeds
- 12g chocolate whey protein
- 20g cacao powder
- 1 tsp Truvia
- 5 drops flavour drops
- 200g fat free Greek yoghurt
- 100ml skimmed milk
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients.
Add milk, stir until chia rehydrates.
Add flavour drops, yoghurt, stir again.
Refrigerate 2-6 hours.
Serve.
