Ingredients
- 140g cashews
- 300g frozen blueberries
- 115g full-fat coconut milk
- 36g coconut oil
- 12g maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Blend cashews, coconut milk, coconut oil, syrup, vanilla until smooth.
Add blueberries, blitz into mousse.
Divide into 6 pots.
