Ingredients
- 75g butter
- 280g cooked beetroot
- 300g 70% chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 175g erythritol
- 60g ground oats
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C.
Blitz beetroot into puree.
Melt chocolate with butter.
Mix eggs, sugar, erythritol, vanilla, salt, combine with chocolate, beetroot, oats.
Fold in cocoa and remaining chocolate.
Bake 35-40 mins.
Cool and cut into 12.
