Ingredients
- 225g salmon fillets
- 2 rashers of streaky bacon
- 75g basmati rice
- 120g broccoli
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C. Season salmon, wrap in bacon.
Boil broccoli, roast with olive oil.
Cook salmon in oven 6 minutes each side.
Cook rice in broccoli water.
Serve together.
