Low Carb Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Chaffle Wrap
Ingredients
- - 2 eggs
- - 100g mozzarella
- - 150g chicken breast
- - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- - 1/4 tsp cumin
- - 2 slices of loin bacon
- - 100g avocado flesh
- - 60g spinach
Instructions
- Season chicken with spices, wrap in bacon, roast 35 mins.
- Rest.
- Mix eggs, mozzarella, cook as chaffle.
- Assemble with spinach, chicken, bacon, avocado.
