Ingredients
  

  • - 2 eggs
  • - 100g mozzarella
  • - 150g chicken breast
  • - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1/4 tsp cumin
  • - 2 slices of loin bacon
  • - 100g avocado flesh
  • - 60g spinach

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with spices, wrap in bacon, roast 35 mins.
  • Rest.
  • Mix eggs, mozzarella, cook as chaffle.
  • Assemble with spinach, chicken, bacon, avocado.
