Ingredients
  

  • - 50g chia seeds
  • - 12g chocolate whey protein
  • - 20g cacao powder
  • - 1 tsp Truvia
  • - 5 drops flavour drops
  • - 200g fat free Greek yoghurt
  • - 100ml skimmed milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Add milk, stir until chia rehydrates.
  • Add flavour drops, yoghurt, stir again.
  • Refrigerate 2-6 hours.
  • Serve.
