Ingredients
  

  • - 140g cashews
  • - 300g frozen blueberries
  • - 115g full-fat coconut milk
  • - 36g coconut oil
  • - 12g maple syrup
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Blend cashews, coconut milk, coconut oil, syrup, vanilla until smooth.
  • Add blueberries, blitz into mousse.
  • Divide into 6 pots.
