Blueberry Mousse
Ingredients
- - 140g cashews
- - 300g frozen blueberries
- - 115g full-fat coconut milk
- - 36g coconut oil
- - 12g maple syrup
- - 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend cashews, coconut milk, coconut oil, syrup, vanilla until smooth.
- Add blueberries, blitz into mousse.
- Divide into 6 pots.
