Ingredients
  

  • - 225g salmon fillets
  • - 2 rashers of streaky bacon
  • - 75g basmati rice
  • - 120g broccoli
  • - 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200C. Season salmon, wrap in bacon.
  • Boil broccoli, roast with olive oil.
  • Cook salmon in oven 6 minutes each side.
  • Cook rice in broccoli water.
  • Serve together.
