Hi, always wanted to join a gym but all the ones I tried never very comfortable. Was always thinking everyone was looking at me and laughing. So not having any confidence in myself I always opted out.
Now I have come to a stage in my life a lot older and now retired a lot of spare time. Like all older women we tend not to like our body as we get older. So I came across this gym on Google and after reading all the reviews decided to try one last time.
I will be honest I didn’t get off to a good start as I have lost a lot of confidence and thought it was going to happen again. But I decided no you must carry on , don’t give it and see.
Went back and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I have ever done. This week have booked three slots and cannot to go again. So if I remind you of myself please go for it you will never regret it. Staff are so friendly and do their job amazing. Everyone they treat differently. All the clients that attend are really nice and friendly. So give it a try and you won’t regret it.
I was originally apprehensive about joining a gym but went to support my wife as she was keen. I am so glad she encouraged me to go. The coaches are really understanding and supportive to everyone. The small group personal trading programme is a good way to get into a regular fitness programme. Every other member we have met and worked with, have also been helpful and supportive. We had no hesitation in signing up as full members once our 6 week trial period finished! We now have a great programme to help reach our targets moving forwards. Wayne, Jamie and Kearney are all great coaches to work with! Thanks for making my transition into keeping fit enjoyable and easy!
As someone who was not confident in a gym situation, Absolute was the right place for me. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and have encouraged me to push myself. With their help I have been able to lose weight and develop consistency with strength training through the small group training sessions and gym. I have been welcomed and made to feel comfortable in an environment that I do not usually feel at all comfortable in……….I actually look forward to training, who knew!
