I GAINED MUSCLES AND CONFIDENCE
Before absolute I joined, a gym it didn’t offer personal training and found that I was going really, there was no consistency for me. You know, certain periods of times I’d go a lot and then I wouldn’t go at all, and I really lacked a lot of consistency from that effort. I chose absolute because I wanted to essentially optimise my result.
But also I wanted to. Build this into my life to make it a real habit. You know, like real foundation. Yeah. And to do that I needed consistency. And for me at the time, consistency meant that I would have someone waiting at the gym there. To do a session with me, and when I did that session, I know that I get optimum results from that.
I’d say it’s like a wide variety of people. You know, I wouldn’t, I wouldn’t say it’s like for a specific person. I mean, personally for me, I came for the reasons I said, but also tied a specific goal I wanted to actually put on weight. So I wanted to put on muscle, uh, you know, in my forties. So I realised that.
I wanted to see if I could get back to, you know, no one gets back to their twenties, but I wanted to see how far I could push my body and get the results I wanted. Really. Well, in a year and a half I put on a stone and a half, which I think is incredible. I think when I came in the gym, I was benching, you know, 40 kilograms, and now I’m benching a hundred kilograms.
You know, which puts me, you know, which are results that I didn’t really believe. So, um, you know, I just generally now it’s a foundation of what I do as well, brings so many benefits, you know, in terms of, you know, physical, mental, I just love it.
