Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- - 100g blueberries
- - 10g fresh ginger
- - 1 banana
- - 3–4 fresh mint leaves
- - 50g cucumber
- - 50g washed spinach
- - 250ml almond milk
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 45 to 60 seconds until fully incorporated.
- Pour into a glass with ice.
