Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams 5% beef mince
  • 50 grams streaky bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 60 grams Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 stock cube
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 250 grams butternut squash
  • 125 grams sweet potato
  • 25 grams goat butter
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp sage

Instructions
 

  • Cook beef, bacon, onion, garlic, sprouts, tomato purée.
  • Add stock, simmer
  • Boil squash, sweet potato, mash with butter, milk, sage.
  • Top beef with mash, bake until crisp.
