Cottage Pie with Root Veg Mash
Ingredients
- 500 grams 5% beef mince
- 50 grams streaky bacon
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 60 grams Brussel Sprouts
- 1 stock cube
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 250 grams butternut squash
- 125 grams sweet potato
- 25 grams goat butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp sage
Instructions
- Cook beef, bacon, onion, garlic, sprouts, tomato purée.
- Add stock, simmer
- Boil squash, sweet potato, mash with butter, milk, sage.
- Top beef with mash, bake until crisp.
