Chunky Cottage Casserole
Ingredients
- 300 grams 5% beef mince
- 1 medium onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 stock cube
- 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 30 grams tomato purée
- 200 grams passata
- 3 medium potatoes
Instructions
- Brown mince, add onion, carrot, oregano, tomato purée.
- Add stock, passata, Worcestershire,simmer.
- Top with potatoes, bake until tender.
