Cheesy Egg Bake
Ingredients
- - 12 eggs
- - 200ml single cream
- - 125g mozzarella
- - 2 spring onions
- - 6 cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven 180C.
- Mix eggs, cream, mozzarella, onions, tomatoes.
- Bake covered 20 mins, then uncovered 5 mins.
- Serve between four.
