So I’ve been training with absolute for around about 11 years. I wasn’t in the best shape, quite plump, and I’ve lost a lot of weight since I’ve been with Absolute and Toned up a lot as well. So I chose absolute ’cause. It’s a private gym. The coaches are really knowledgeable. It’s not like your average gym where people are posing in the mirror.

Yeah and I just love coming here. I stay because I, I mean, I enjoy it and it feels like a family gym. Anybody that wants to train here, join up and come and do it because you will not be disappointed.
